[April 28th, 2026] – The latest demo update for Ember and Blade is here, introducing new meta systems and combat enhancements that deepen build variety and elevate moment-to-moment action. This update expands how you approach each run, with new ways to customize your playstyle and take on tougher encounters.
Forge your combat style with Runes that modify weapon actions, stack Arcana to shape powerful builds, and discover Rifts in the field to gain new abilities mid-run. Combat has also been dialed in with new Baphomet attack patterns, improved behavior, clearer telegraphs, and stronger hit reactions—making every encounter more readable, more responsive, and more impactful.
New Features and Improvements Include:
