Women in Film & Television Ireland are calling for entries for their annual Short Film Showcase, which takes place in IFI on Thursday 30 November 2023. Now in its 4th year, the Short Film Showcase for 2023 will celebrate the range of artistic work and achievement created from modest budgets to larger budget short films by WFT Ireland members. Deadline is 5pm on Friday 1 September.
In partnership with the Irish Film Institute and supported by Coimisiún na Meán, the annual event will be followed by an awards ceremony with stunning prizes for Best Writer, Best Documentary, Best Cinematography and Best Film. The Showcase is eligible to all WFT members to celebrate and provide a platform for both emerging and established women’s voices in the industry.
