Berlin, Germany – May 7, 2026 – Erkberg Games Today launches The Greenening on Steam, a short and wholesome incremental journey about exploring and reawakening a forgotten world. Using synthesized water, players will wash away the ashes and discover the secrets still hidden beneath.
In doing so, they gain resources like knowledge and materials to spend on the huge skill tree, constantly becoming more powerful. As they progress through the different areas, many kinds of plants, machines and more interesting things can be discovered, slowly unfolding new gameplay mechanics like a customizable garden on a spaceship.
