Over the next few decades, her actions and teachings will have huge percussions on the rights of women for future generations to come..
‘On the Basis of Sex’ is based on the incredible and true story of Ruth Bader Ginsburg. In 1993, she became only the second woman in American history to be given a seat on the U.S. Supreme Court. To this day, she still fights for justice in the American courts and is a fantastic role model to every young girl growing up in the world.
A genuine American treasure, Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s name has become intertwined with getting equal rights for women in all things. At the grand age of 86, she is still working hard for women’s rights.
A really great and inspiring film, it’s about time that one was made to tell this amazing woman’s story. Make sure you see it and prepare to be inspired.
