7 Jule, 2026 — Publisher ESDigital Games is pleased to announce that the long-awaited Vinny’s Diary Update for Unusual Findings, the award-winning indie 2D pixel-art adventure game from developer Epic Llama Games, will be available on July 10 across PC via Steam, Epic Games Store, PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch.

It’s the 80s, Christmas is coming, and three young friends — Vinny, Nick and Tony — are trying out their new cable signal descrambler when they accidentally pick up the distress signal of an alien spaceship that has crash-landed in the woods near their town

Inspired by classic 80s films and adventure games, Unusual Findings blends point-and-click mechanics, branching choices, puzzle-solving and stylized pixel art with a warm, funny and mysterious coming-of-age story
Players can explore nostalgic locations including the Video Buster Store, Laser Llamas Arcades, The Emerald Sword comic store, the hideout of the punk-looking Lost Boys, and more. Player choices affect the friendship between the three main characters, changing how they solve puzzles, which locations they visit and how the story unfolds.
Since its release, Unusual Findings has received recognition from multiple festivals and award programmes for its narrative, puzzles, art direction, soundtrack and overall indie-game quality. The game was named Best Hardcore Game at Game Connection America 2023, won Best Puzzles at the AGOTY Awards 2022, and received the Best Story and Narrative award at ExpoVit 2021.
