This month we took an in depth look at what was included in Augusts\u2019 box, which featured six items across Sanrio, Studio Ghibli and Kirby. Some were useful everyday items, others were decorative, whilst the rest were more from a beauty category. So let\u2019s get started with the usual, and all important info!<\/span>\n\nFor those of you that don\u2019t know \u2013 SoKawaii is a company based in Japan, home of practically everything kawaii (the Japanese word for cute). We have a small Pompompurin plush mascot on a keychain that is super soft and squishy. This little dough ball can simply be used as a normal bag charm, decoration or can even be placed in this very secure and dust free pouch - featuring Cinnamoroll. What would look like a normal plastic pouch, similar looking to a drinks holder, but features a Cinnamoroll plush head on top as a lid. The overall design reminds me of a vanilla milkshake, as there is a red & white straw sticking out of Cinnamoroll\u2019s head. The clear plastic pouch makes it ideal as a small fashion accessory, if you want to carry another plush with you inside of it. However this could be aimed more at younger girls, but it only features a keychain attachment. Which if they wanted this to be worn as part of an outfit, it really should have been designed with a shoulder strap in mind. This item in my mind, is more aimed as a decorative item at home, rather than a fashion accessory.<\/span>\n\n\n\nMoving on, we have our Kirby item! Of which we all received a fairly hefty sized tin of peach scented moisturizing cream, featuring our favorite pink skinned, competitive eater! This item was available in four tin designs, all limited edition and taken inspiration from a number of famous places in Japan. The one I received is a very tropical one, as it has the Okinawa design - the Hawaii of Japan.<\/span>\n\n\n\nOur fourth item this month comes from Sanrio once again, but instead we get a mini spray bottle featuring Kiki & Lala from Little Twin Stars. This 30ml reusable spray bottle is perfect for those weekend aways, where you just intend on bringing a small amount of perfume, without any of the worry of thinking \u2018what if the glass bottle breaks in the bag?\u2019. This travel ready bottle is also ideal for other liquids, including toners. Pretty handy to have lying around in the house, as it\u2019s not very often you can just pick one of these up in the shop without being forced to buy a multi pack or set.<\/span>\n\n\n\nMoving on, we have a rather \u2018unusual\u2019 item. One that mightn\u2019t be of much use to everyone, but will certainly be a huge hit with some individuals. Here we have a My Melody pill box, which is in fact two four compartment made medicine boxes which will be ideal to store your daily meds. However it is rather small, and also I do not see the point of it being made into two separate eight compartments, when most pill boxes either cover seven or fourteen days. I assume this might also be ideal for those that have piercings or contact lenses, as it\u2019s simple to pop into your bag and there is nothing to say on it that it is essentially for medicine.<\/span>\n\n\n\nAnd our final item this month comes from My Neighbour Totoro by Studio Ghibli. This award winning film that has captured many generations of viewers, ever since it was first viewed by audiences back in 1988, returns once more to a SoKawaii box with this reusable water bottle. Not only that but it also includes a tea infuser as well just under the lid. An interesting sight and a first for me, as I have never seen this in a simple water bottle design over here in Ireland before. I would assume that this is more for cold tea drinkers, as I doubt this bottle is meant to store hot liquids for long. This design is also the exact same as the one that was included on the My Neighbour Totoro tumbler that wa included in Nihon Boxes June crate this year.<\/span>\n\n\n\nSo that is everything that was included in Augusts\u2019 box from SoKawaii. Hello everyone, and welcome back to another ComicBuzz review! In todays\u2019 post I took a look into what was included in SoKawaii\u2019s June Box. The theme they ran with this time is \u201cDreamy Creatures\u201d, which features six products from a number of licenses. Including Studio Ghibli, Sanrio, Pok\u00e9mon and Kirby. So let\u2019s get started on our usual description of what SoKawaii is and what they have to offer you!<\/span><\/p>\n

So our first item this month is surely worth the price of the box alone, and that is the official Totoro plush from My Neighbour Totoro. Studio Ghibli merch is not cheap folks, especially on this side of the World. I have seen this exact plush go for \u00a345 in HMV - and it\u2019s not a massive plush by any regards! So for me, everything else in this box I may have just gotten for free cause this plush was definitely the cream of the crop. It\u2019s super fluffy, plump, stands freely on its own and is an official merch. Although it doesn\u2019t have its toothy, almost creepy looking grin - it is still adorable as heck and perfect to be put on display alongside your Studio Ghibli film collection.<\/span><\/p>\n

Moving on we head on over to the world of Pok\u00e9mon, with this highly adorable Pikachu masking tape. This item was available in four designs, all from the Pokemon Sepia Graffiti collection. Looking into it now, this is a fairly old release, as it first came out back in 2016. However the designs are still just as adorable all the same, I wouldn\u2019t say no to another item from this collection being added again in a future box.<\/span><\/p>\n

We are now onto our second Pok\u00e9mon item, with this very large Face Towel. With two designs available at random in every box, one of which will feature both Pikachu and Eevee enjoying a relaxing nap. This super soft towel is quite large and is more of a hand towel in my eyes, than a face towel. It looks like 8 times the size of a face cloth and the picture I took of it above is with the towel folded over 3 times!<\/span><\/p>\n

We are now back to stationary with this next item, featuring Kirby. June\u2019s box saw everyone getting a set of two limited edition KIrby clear file folders, which were available in four regional designs. Including Tokyo, Osaka, Okinawa and Fujisan, with Kirby posing at each location. Now this is another older collection, as this was originally released last April. However it is quite adorable, but what does everyone do with their clear files? Do you display them, and if so how? Our final two items are both from Sanrio, the largest of which is the My Melody circular floor mat in the picture above. Which is just one of three designs that was available at random in every box, the other two included Cinnamoroll and Hello Kitty. This mat is 50x50cm, probably amongst the smallest you can find and would be perfect to have at your computer desk. Better yet it has numerous anti slip bumps underneath, so it shouldn't go sliding about the place when you walk on it. The upside has a printed design of one of the three characters included, with the name in pastel print and a quote about the character underneath. This item was released in 2020, going by the trademark on the mat. It\u2019s nice and soft, but I could easily see this getting stained very quickly and I\u2019m unsure how machine washable it is. So best be careful with this one.<\/span><\/p>\n

And our final item is a small Hello Kitty storage box. This clip-closed box would easily work as a small lunch box, for storing your washi\/masking tape, for hair ties or even your medication as long as you don\u2019t have small kids in the house that will be quickly drawn to such a cute box as this one. It also looks like a classic vintage Hello Kitty design, one that is sure to last the ages.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hello again my dears, the festive season is upon us once more and this month's box is like an early Christmas present to myself. We are now in the final month of what has been a chaotic 2020, a year like no other that had surprises around every corner whether we liked them or not! So in order to finish off this year, let\u2019s dive into the final SoKawaii subscription box of 2020!<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This month\u2019s theme was \u2018Kawaii Christmas Party\u2019, which contained six items from both Sanrio, Animal Crossing, Kirby and Sumikko Gurashi. Our first product this month was the already announced Christmas Ball Cushion from Sanrio. This squishable festive plush is available in two characters - Cinnamoroll and Pompompurin. Of which I got the adorable Golden Retriever mascot. These official mascots are well made and stuffed, with stretchy material that always returns to its original shape. The only thing I noticed was that the Christmas hat on my plush was barely stitched on in two places, but if you are handy with a needle and thread - its\u2019 a simple repair job. It\u2019s a perfect addition to any Christmas decor and will be well loved in my home for years to come.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n

Our second product this month is also the previously announced Sanrio Christmas Blanket. This super fluffy lap blanket measures in at 70x100cm and features many Sanrio mascots including Hello Kitty, My Melody, Pochacco and more. Unfortunately I saw no sign of Kuromi, which was a bit of a bummer. It is an incredibly festive blanket though, going by the symbols I see on the tag this blanket is hand wash only so make sure you don't put it in the washing machine. Although I don't see why you couldn't just have it on a cold wash, its best not to tempt faith as I would hate to see this blanket get destroyed.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n

Our next Sanrio product is a pack of eco-friendly paper straws. Which I am sure will come in very handy during the holiday season if you have guests coming over. With 30 straws inside, with two different color variations they are almost too cute to even use! We are now onto our Kirby item, which is a location exclusive Lip Cream which is available in two versions, being either Tokyo or Mount Fuji. The overall packaging is adorable and fully recyclable, however once you flip the front around you will notice how small the product actually is. Its all about the appearance for this lip cream, and it will definitely stand out in the shop.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n

Our next product on the practical side is a body sponge from Sumikko Gurashi. Now I really liked the last set of sponges we got a few months back, that were also from Sumikko Gurashi. This one however is larger, looks perfect for lathering up your soap and will be needed to scrub away the negative effects that 2020 has left on all of us! This item is also available in four characters, including Shirokuma, Neko, Penguin and Tokage.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our sixth and final item is the Animal Crossing Choco egg, much like a Kinder Egg it comes with a small toy inside encased in a chocolate shell. This item has been hopping off the shelves in Japanese convenience stores, as the franchise has had a massive following this year when the game came out during the first lockdown. With 18 characters to collect, you will be at it for a while to complete your collection. I want to ask you readers though, how much would you pay for this in a shop or even to import it from Japan? As I have seen footage from stores in Japan that sell it for 250Yen, which is about \u20ac2.50. Then I have come across sites that sell Japanese snacks and crates, that sell a single one for $10.00! Which is an obscene price to pay in my opinion! Just how much are devoted fans of Animal Crossing willing to pay for a single egg? Now I have eaten the chocolate and although it appears similar to a Kinder Egg, the chocolate itself is much similar to a very cheap Advent Calendar chocolate. Very cheap tasting and something I wouldn't be in a rush to buy again, however much like Kinder Eggs - its all about the surprise toy inside.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n

We are well and truly getting into the festive spirit as a much anticipated Christmas season is just around the corner. After what has been a very much considered \u2018write off\u2019 of a year, I am getting into the holiday season this November and I already have the tree & decorations up this week. And what seems like an early Christmas present each month, my November SoKawaii box turned up just in time as I was finished decorating!<\/span><\/p>\n

Our first product and the largest, was a pastel rainbow coloured Sanrio plush. Of which I received the Hello Kitty version, but there was also a Pompompurin and Cinnamoroll up for grabs. All three appear as though they are snuggly knit into a pastel colored jumpsuit with hood. All of which remind me more of a pastel galaxy design instead of a rainbow inspired palette. They are well padded and stitched together, they come with a zip in the back like most of the plushies that seem to come in this box in the past. I honestly don\u2019t understand the design appeal of having a tiny pocket in the back of a plush, that can only fit like a few coins. It also comes with a keychain on the top of the plush, so you can attach it to your bag, a hook, your bedpost or even on your clothing like the incredibly fashionable people that frequent Takeshita Street and Harajuku.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our second item is a Pok\u00e9mon Re-ment figure from the Starrium series. Just like the name suggests, this series focuses on stars which plays perfectly with this month's box theme. This Re-ment series has six designs to collect, which include Pikachu, Lapras, Jirachi, Gardevoir, Umbreon and Espeon. Unlucky for me I received the one design I least wanted, which was Pikachu. It\u2019s still adorable and well made, and only came in two pieces that had to be assembled. Which is very nice, as some Re-ment figures like the Rilakkuma terrarium we received a few months back included too many loose figures. Our stationary item this box, comes from Kirby. As we get a notebook, which is available in two designs. This ruled and spiraled notebook, both feature Kirby on the forefront as well as an enclosed pocket design that is just filled with sparkling sequins to resemble a starry night sky. Each of the 70 pages inside are designed with Kirby featured along the bottom of each page. This is a high quality gift and one that I am more than pleased to add to my collection. What I will be using this notebook for in the future, I don\u2019t quite know yet. With the design, it might just be ideal as a jotter to write down the crazy dreams I have after a night full of eating nothing but sweets!<\/span><\/p>\n

Our fourth item this month is an unusual one, as we receive a pack of My Melody laundry pegs. Although super cute and certainly practical. I have yet to test them out to see how strong they really are. You could also use them as a stationary item, if you wish to peg up some photos, drawings or notes on a string around your room. I have seen this done many times on Pinterest and maybe worth trying out, if you prefer having them more as decoration instead of having them exposed to the elements outside. They could also work as a bag clip, as suggested on the packaging. How useful they will be, will all depend on their grip.<\/span><\/p>\n

Next up, we have quite an interesting product. So from first glance, it appears to be a very small cup. Once you turn it over and look inside, you will see a raised design in the middle with ridges. This cup fits on top of any drink bottle you buy. So say I bought a 500ml bottle of Pepsi, I can attach my cup to the top of the bottle by firmly pushing it down. Then I can unscrew the cap, with the cup still on. That is what the ridges are for, to grip the screw top cap on the plastic drink bottle. Now the cup is incredibly tiny and I don\u2019t see much use for it, except for little kids. So say you are going on a picnic (certainly not in this weather anyway) and your child isn\u2019t skilled enough yet to hold a heavy drink bottle on their own. You can bring this cup for them and it should stay neatly on the bottle as you are travelling. This product is definitely intended for younger children and is much akin to what would be seen usually with a flask, when you are carrying copious amounts of tea or soup with you on the go. This Sanrio PET Bottle Cap Cup is available in two designs, featuring either Kuromi or Cinnamoroll - of which I got the lather. Although the Kuromi one is far better detailed compared to what I would describe as a rather plain Cinnamoroll version.<\/span><\/p>\n

And last but not least, we have a Cosme Gift Set. This very well presented piece, encloses a decorative hand towel and a small bottle of hand cream. The packaging is eye catching and this alone would be perfect to either use yourself or put away for someone special. Topped with his iconic brown beret, he also sports a pair of red heart-shaped sunglasses and a tropical flower garland, known as a lei - that is often given to travelers that visit certain Hawaiian resorts. This Golden Retriever mascot from Sanrio certainly looks the part of a well rested, happy traveller! This plush design is also guaranteed in every July box!<\/span>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nNext up we have a My Melody reusable spiral straw from Sanrio. This item is available in just one design, and is once again guaranteed in every July box. Perfect to have in your drinks at any time of day, to add that extra bit of fun to whatever you may be consuming. It\u2019s design however isn\u2019t very practical when it comes to cleaning it, as I don\u2019t see how a straw cleaner will be long enough to reach all the curves and dips in this design. Perhaps if it included a specific straw cleaner for this item, I would be better impressed. It\u2019s practicality has just been halved for me though, in regards to cleaning it.<\/span>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nOur third item is this adorable Solar Powered Kirby Figurine, from the Swing Solar Collection. This item was available in two designs, both of which you can see in the picture above. The one I received is the \u2018Warpstar Kirby\u2019, which I was the most excited for given how my partner reacted to it. (He\u2019s a massive Kirby fan!) Place this figure in direct sunlight and watch Kirby swing back-and-forth until sundown! An adorable item to have and with just a bit of double sided tape, can sit on your dashboard as you drive. Or it can distract you completely as you work from home.<\/span>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nOur fourth item is a handy kitchen accessory, in the form of this pair of Gudetama bag clips. Although a similar product to the ones we received last September, this new design is more elaborate than the last. Upon using it, it will ultimately look like you clipped a fried egg onto a bag of pasta for example. With a larger design and fairly strong clip, it is also simpler to open than the one supplied last year. I still use my original bag clips from last year, but will be adding these new ones into rotation shortly for my larger packaged items. It\u2019s an item I never knew I needed until I got it. In order to get this ball of pink fluff in the box, it came shrink wrapped in a vacuum storage bag. Which will also come in handy for my future travels, when it becomes safe to fly again. Once out of the bag and tossed about a bit to get some air back in it, it soon doubled in size and became a plump new cushion for the couch! Although the colors are a bit darker than what I imagined, it isn\u2019t over stuffed either and thus has a more \u2018squishy\u2019 feel to it.<\/span>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nNext up we have our Pokemon item, in the form of these cute Japanese socks. Now these socks are particularly unique to Japan, as if you can see above they are stitched in a way to separate the big toe from the rest of the little piggies. These are what is known as \u2018Tabi\u2019 socks, which are mostly worn when wearing a Kimono and the elevated wooden sandals known as Geta that come with such a traditional outfit. Of course, you can also just wear them about the house if you wish. They come in two designs, which both feature Pikachu and a cherry blossom (sakura) design. Now in regards to the size of the socks, they are a bit on the same size. As from what I received they would fit upto a size four in the UK. It\u2019s unclear if there was a range of sizes available, so you may be lucky when you get your box and they fit you. Also it is good to know that in Japan, they measure shoe size by centimeters.<\/span>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nNext up we have another Kirby item, with a retractable keychain. A useful item to have on hand, as not only can you just attach your keys to it but also would be very useful to keep your transport pass on. Such as your Leap card for those of us in Ireland, or the Oyster card for the UK and your Suica or Pasmo for those of you traveling Japan. This is very useful to have on hand when you are in a hurry!<\/span>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nWe now have the first of our two Sanrio items, with this Marumofubiyori cup. One of the newest characters to have been created by Sanrio, having made its debut back in 2017. The name Marumofubiyori actually covers the three characters that you see on the cup. The main character being the white bear cub known as Moppu, a name given to him as he is always dragging his blanket along the floor like a mop. Moppu has two plush toys to keep him company, who are also his best friends. Kanikama is the toy crab and Gyoniku is a toy fish. This small plastic cup isn\u2019t very useful if you plan on quenching any kind of thirst, but would be best suited for the bathroom when brushing your teeth. Also please bear in mind, this is not to be used in a microwave!<\/span>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nWe now have our second Sanrio item for this month's box, with this rather cute pouch. This was available in nine character designs, including Gudetama, Tuxedo Sam, Pocchaco, Keroppi and Little Twin Stars. The one I got was Kiki from Little Twin Stars. The second image I have above is of the pouch turned inside out, so you can see the design that would be on the inside of the case. With this gorgeous detail and an inside pocket, this pouch would be perfect for travelling. Weather you\u2019d be using it for makeup, toiletries, stationary or just to keep your passport & tickets all together. It\u2019s certainly one of the most useful and versatile products to have arrived in this months\u2019 box. Now this item may set off alarm bells for some readers who are entirely against the idea of putting wooden products such as ice pop sticks and wooden spoons in their mouths. A few people come to mind when I write this, so I know it is a genuine problem for some. All the same, it is a useful item if the wooden texture doesn\u2019t bother you. It is made to be used and not stored forever on a shelf, so bear that in mind when you have to replace it after 3 to 4 months of use, as recommended from dental experts.<\/span>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nAnd that is it now for Junes\u2019 box, all sent with the purpose of putting a smile on your face. It\u2019s super soft, well made and is a perfect gift to receive on Valentine\u2019s Day (or White Day next month for you ladies over in Japan). Now the heart that Rilakkuma is holding, is actually hollow inside, so you could get creative and put an extra gift in there for your loved one, if you do plan on giving it away. There is also an interesting design on the back of Rilakkuma, with a sewn on zipper. It seems to follow the same design that they used for the character in the Netflix series.<\/span>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nMoving on, I got three Pok\u00e9mon products in this box. First off is the sheet of Eevee stickers, which also includes some images of Pok\u00e9balls & evolution stones. As well as the adorable Pok\u00e9mon Eevee jumping about and playing. Carrying on with the Pok\u00e9mon stationary theme, we also received an Eevee pen! I mean I have been loving these pens that they include in the box every few months, as I am still using my pink Kirby pen now. Now leaving the stationary theme behind, we move onto baking with a two pack of cake moulds. Now I received the Pikachu version, but you could have also gotten Pompompurin. I haven\u2019t a clue how to read the writing on the back of the packaging, but going by the leaflet inside, the mould is dishwasher, microwave and oven safe! Can\u2019t wait to use these soon, but what recipe should I use?<\/span>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nNext up is another kitchen item, with this cute and very useful Hello Kitty spatula. It seems pretty sturdy, but I am not sure how heat resistant its\u2019 going to be so just be careful when using it. For all of you that love your coffee on the go, SoKawaii also included a Sumikko Gurashi cup sleeve. If you have ever bought a hot drink to go over the years, you know how fast those disposable cups heat up! The cup sleeve is designed to save you from burning the finger prints off of your digits. The packaging is actually really cute, as it comes on a disposable cup just to show off what the sleeve is actually for. Now do be aware that the cup isn\u2019t made to actually put drinks in! Its\u2019 only used as packaging, so I wouldn\u2019t trust even pouring some water in the cup as it would probably seap right through the bottom.<\/span>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nNow onto the final item of the box and I have a few issues with this one. All boxes received the Kirby\u2019s Dream Land Terrarium, but I wonder how many had the same experience as me. So there were six designs available and it was a mystery which one you would get. Now mine for some reason came with two sets of mini figures, which meant I didn\u2019t get the rest of the crystal decorations which were supposed to be going around the side of the figures. So mine looks only half finished and is kind of disappointing to look at. Also only Chilly was the only character with a hole in his bum so you could actually fix him down to the base. Kirby and the tiny snowman keep falling over as they have nothing to fix them too. Half tempted to just glue them down. Now these issues have nothing to do with SoKawaii, but with ReMent instead, who are the manufacturers of this bind box series. It is just disappointing to receive a figure that you could not complete. November\u2019s theme was \u201cChildhood Memories\u201d and centered around some iconic franchises that popped up during my own childhood, from Pok\u00e9mon to Kirby and Hamtaro. So let\u2019s get the usual bit of information out of the way shall we.<\/span>\r\n\r\nFor those of you that are just jumping into this article, this is now my 7th consecutive month that I have gotten this box. SoKawaii is a company based in Japan, home of practically everything kawaii (Japanese for cute). They create monthly boxes, jam packed with 100% licensed products from Hello Kitty, Pok\u00e9mon, Sanrio and more. The items range from plushies to Gachapon, little figures, stationary, lifestyle, kitchenware and more. The staff at SoKawaii handpicks 6 to 8 cute & useful items exclusive in Japan, pack them up in this very decorative box and send it straight to your doorstep. Even today I tend to keep up to date on the latest Pok\u00e9mon news, although I have fallen far behind on playing the games. Whereas Hamtaro I only knew from reading girls magazines growing up and seeing it plastered on tote bags and notebooks. I didn\u2019t even know it was a Japanese character. In this box, we also have products from Rilakkuma, Sanrio and Sumikko Gurashi, that we get in the form of plushies, stationary and a cute key lock.<\/span>\r\n\r\nThe largest item we receive this month is a macaron shaped plush pillow from Sumikko Gurashi, that you could get in 3 different designs. Sumikko Gurashi is a set of characters created by San - X, the same company behind Rillakkuma. The characters involved in Sumikko Gurashi are an interesting bunch, that include an anxious cat, a polar bear that dislikes the cold, a penguin that has an identity crisis, a leftover pork fillet (Tonkatsu) that has its own consciousness and a dinosaur that pretends to be a lizard. As to what the other two pillow designs were, I\u2019m not sure but it looks like I got Neko the anxious cat. It\u2019s super soft but not all that well padded, great for throwing around for decor but perhaps not the best in terms of comfort.<\/span>\r\n\r\nFrom the same San - X company, we actually get quite a useful Rilakkuma key lock. Perfect for those of you that are still in school and have lockers, it can also be used to lock those diaries you which to keep quiet about and maybe even your gym locker. It\u2019s certainly very cute, but I\u2019m unsure how sturdy a lock like this could be. Either way, it still makes for a very eye catching keychain.<\/span>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nSanrio are back again this month, but this time in the form of some stationary. This time we get an eraser in the shape of a lipstick - yes I had to double check that once I got it as I was fully convinced it may have been lip gloss before opening it. This lipstick shaped eraser comes in a few designs that feature some of Sanrios\u2019 famous characters - I for one was very happy to receive Pompompurin. As well as this very useful item to add to my stationery collection, it also comes with it\u2019s own special scent. Mine reminds me of custard or even flan.<\/span>\r\n\r\nThen we have a mascot plush of Hamtaro! The little hamster TV series that was popular back in the early noughties, that followed an adventurous young hamster named Hartaro and his fellow hamster friends the Ham-Hams. This plush is just perfection! The perfect size for a character such as Hamtaro, very well made and is perhaps the first bit of merch I have seen from Hamtaro this side of the World in about 15 years. It\u2019s clear to see that this character is still going strong back in Japan if this new plush is being released. There are also 8 character designs available, so which one will you get in your box? And it looks like I got either Stan or Sandy.<\/span>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nYou can never go wrong with including either Kirby or Pok\u00e9mon in your boxes each month. This time we got this adorable and really good quality coin purse with a cute Pikachu on the front. Aimed more at women who have known up with Pok\u00e9mon and are still in love with the franchise. The perfect size to keep in your handbag and even comes with an attached clip so you can clip it on to something in your handbag so you know where it is at all times. I will definitely be using this when I go over to Japan and play in the arcades.<\/span>\r\n\r\nOur last two items are Kirby related, with yet another piece of stationary included in this box with a small notepad. It fits in the palm of your hand and looks incredibly cute when you pair it with last months\u2019 Kirby themed pen. The notepad has colored pages with two different Kirby designs used throughout. It will certainly make note taking even more enjoyable on a daily basis, and is available in two designs.<\/span>\r\n\r\nAnd lastly we have this charming Kirby themed dessert spoon, which is only available exclusively in Japan and now my cutlery drawer! It also seems wrong to use it, for one - it is quite a big spoon! Perfect if you plan on eating a tub of ice cream in just a matter of a few spoonfuls, but it also looks like a piece of art that should only be admired and not touched. I\u2019m torn as to either figure out how to display it or simply give in and go grab a tub of mint choc-chip out of the freezer. The first items we have are from Sanrio. The item you see on the left above is the PomPomPurin Halloween plush, that was available in three different designs. This Sanrio character is infact a golden retriever that usually wears a little brown beret, but today is dressed up as a black cat just in time for trick or treating. This is a high quality plush, well padded and stitched together, and is also a cute decoration to keep around the house for Halloween. On the right is a pair of Sanrio ankle socks, in which each subscription box will receive one random character out of five designs. Now I don\u2019t know what the other designs could have been, but I am happy to have gotten Cinnamoroll in his cute witch cosplay. Cinnamoroll is actually a boy and is based on a white dog, who got his name from the shape of his tail.<\/span>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nMoving on, we have our Pok\u00e9mon item which is from the Re-Ment series. Now this is Series 2 of the Pok\u00e9mon Re-Ment Forest: Night of Shooting Stars series. If you are determined to collect all the figures, they can be put together to create a tree, which becomes the home to many Pok\u00e9mon, including Mimikyu, Hoothoot, Togepi, Caterpie etc. This figure set reminds me a lot of the scenes from Pikachu's Rescue Adventure, which was a short Pikachu film that was played before Pok\u00e9mon: The Movie 2000. In each box, you will receive a piece of trunk, a base, and either a single Pok\u00e9mon or a pair. Now it is good quality figures, the only issue I have is that you are left with a hole at the top of your tree truck when you put it together. This is there for when you get another piece of the tree and they connect together. But if you\u2019re not interested in getting any more, you are left with an incomplete tree stump. Not a major inconvenience, but I find that it looks very incomplete without the full set.<\/span>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nNow this Sailor Moon Mars cup is officially licensed and is a great addition to my cupboard. It\u2019s very good quality, but I just wouldn\u2019t chance putting it in a dishwasher. Our Kirby item was this very useful and adorable gel pen. With Kirby on the top of the pen, the ink also matched Kirby's skin tone. The pen is very easy to write with and would be heartbreaking if I misplaced it. So I will be keeping this pen in a safe place for sure.<\/span>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nOur Studio Ghibli item is a lovely embroidered face towel from Kiki\u2019s Delivery Service, with the iconic Jiji stitched on. It comes in a decorative box, in the shape of a small house or it could even the bakery in the film that Kiki works at. You could even use this box as decoration in your room, it\u2019s just that cute! It also comes so well packaged, that it would make a perfect gift for someone. Now this towel is available in two different designs, with Jiji on both. Lastly we also received a face mask of Sanrio\u2019s Kuromi. A character facemask, that when you put it on you will have Kuromi\u2019s face on top of your own. Going by the packaging, this face mask is supposed to smell of grapes. As for the ingredients, everything else is in Japanese. They also seem to be fairly sturdy and well made, so these could last a few years and will definitely be used regularly. Slowpoke is one of four Pok\u00e9mon<\/em> that you could get, the others are of course Pikachu, Eevee and Snorlax. It can be found on hundreds of products, but kitchenware seems the most appropriate. Now So Kawaii<\/em> not only include pushies and little figures in their boxes<\/span>, they also put in some really useful & practical items, like the Pikachu tumblers for example. So our Gudetama<\/em> item in this month\u2019s crate are two food bag clips. Very handy in the kitchen to tie up those pasta bags and slice bread packets.
