Grave Mistakes – Reveal Trailer

October 1st, 2026 – Developer Happy Volcano and publisher Oro Interactive are excited to reveal Grave Mistakes, a co-op horror comedy for up to 4 players about running the local funeral home. You’ll have to replace body parts with similar-looking items (a head is basically a basketball?) to not raise suspicion from grieving families. Grandma’s dinner has to come from somewhere. Grave Mistakes is coming to Steam later this year.

A (Mostly) Respectable Family Business
Your family has run the local funeral home for generations. It’s respectable work: flowers, eulogies, the occasional casket-related mishap nobody talks about. Nobody except Grandma.

She’s still the CEO, and she’s been living in the basement ever since she struck a deal to save the funeral home from bankruptcy, one that turned her into the monster she is now. . Every day, she puts in a request for a specific assortment of body parts, and it’s on you to perform the autopsy. Keep her fed, and the family stays happy. Don’t, and she’ll feast on one of you instead.

Run a Funeral, Lose a Limb, Nobody Notices
Once a body arrives, there’s no time to waste. It starts decaying fast, and you’ll need to get creative to fulfill Grandma’s orders. Replace an arm with a shovel, a leg with a skateboard, or a head with a basketball that’s got a photo taped to it.

There’s a lot to get through during the day. Take in grieving families who’ve lost a loved one and prepare for the ceremony, make sure the body’s ready and nothing looks out of place before everyone gathers to say goodbye. Nothing about running this funeral home goes the way it’s supposed to, but it usually works out well enough to make it to family dinner.

Grandma Is Hungry
Word about the funeral home is getting around, and more families are showing up every day. More bodies through the door means more money and better upgrades for the business, but it also means more funerals running at once, more chances to slip up, and a Grandma who’s only getting hungrier.

When the day ends, everyone gathers in the basement for family dinner, and Grandma gets to eat what you’ve gathered for her. Fall short on her order, and someone ends up on the menu.
