In Everwarder, players embody a mystical guardian charged with protecting a crystal that holds a trapped spirit. In a unique twist on traditional tower defense, players don’t just defend—they control the flow of enemies. Every crystal placed expands the battlefield, but each uncovered tile brings new enemy threats. Unlike traditional tower defense games with predetermined waves, spawned enemies in Everwarder evolve as they move, growing stronger the longer they remain on the field. Expanding too quickly can lead to an overwhelming enemy force while expanding too slowly risks losing control of the battlefield. Strategic unit placement, upgrades, and careful map progression are key to withstanding the relentless onslaught.
