JanduSoft is excited to announce that Dark Alley, its new collaboration with solo developer CheesecakeGames, will launch on Steam, PlayStation 5, and Xbox on November 5.
In Dark Alley, you’ll step into the shoes of detective Thomas Bennett, who has been sent to Kyoto to investigate the disappearance of British detective Edward Hale. What initially appears to be a straightforward case soon turns into something far more dangerous.
From the quiet temples and narrow streets of Gion to hidden clubs and traditional ryokans, Bennett must follow a trail of clues leading to the Yakuza… although there is much more to this case than meets the eye.
This new investigation will take Bennett
to dangerous places. Watch your back, detective.
Dark Alley is a cinematic detective adventure focused on exploration, observation, and storytelling. Meet characters with their own motivations, form uneasy alliances, and decide who deserves your trust as you explore a Kyoto inspired by modern-day Japan, from lantern-lit streets and bustling markets to hidden temples and bamboo forests.
