Summary:
This issue starts off where the first issue ended: a brash conversation between Dragonero and Conan. Dragonero questions the barbarian on his whereabouts, as Conan mentions that his team of warriors have tried to hunt down the dragon since it appeared from their world to Erondar.
Dragonero leaves Conan chained within the fortress as he decides to hunt and slay the dragon for himself with the help of Myrva, a young woman that set the sails for the ship, called the skyship. Conan wrings free of the chains that held him down and escapes the jail cell deep into the fortress. He appears in time to catch a ride on the skyship that Dragonero is using to hunt down the dragon.
On the ship, Conan explains to Dragoon that their worlds are separate, pointing out the differences with having two moons and that the dragon initially appeared in a city within Tarantia and stole jewels from a tabernacle. As Conan struck the dragon, a portal appeared, and flung the unsuspecting warriors into Erondar.

The issue pushes forward as Dragonero reveals that he can sense a dragon’s energy if it’s close. He mentions that it’s flying north, towards snowy mountains called Margondar, and the men head toward the direction that it’s flying. The issue ends with the two men agreeing to hunt the dragon together as wild bird creatures called wyverns soar towards the skyship.
Lorenzo Nuti continues to use watercolours for illustrating the Conan issues, and the writing from Vietti and Enoch is still solid. The lettering seemed easier to notice this issue, and that it was bolder with intent and easier to spot. The pacing seemed faster this time around. This series continues to be a solid crossover.
Overall: 8/10
