The SoundPEATS Cove Pro are a budget-friendly pair of wireless ANC headphones that have delivered impressive comfort and solid audio quality, equipped with a feature-packed experience for their price range. After using them consistently for commuting, work, gaming, movies, and everyday listening, they proved to be a reliable headset that balances practicality with premium-style features. A huge thank you to SOUNDPEATS for kindly sending these out for review.
The SoundPEATS Cove Pro features 40mm titanium-plated dynamic drivers with Hi-Res Audio and Hi-Res Wireless certification alongside LDAC codec support, delivering detailed and high-quality wireless audio. It uses Bluetooth 6.0 for stable connectivity and supports multipoint pairing for connecting two devices simultaneously. The headset features adaptive hybrid ANC rated up to -56dB with multiple ANC modes including Indoor, Outdoor, Wind Noise Reduction, and Transparency Mode. Battery life is one of its strongest features, offering up to 95 hours of playback with ANC disabled and up to 58 hours with ANC enabled. A 10-minute quick charge provides up to 11 hours of listening time. Additional features include Spatial Audio, 60ms Low-Latency Game Mode, USB-C wired audio support, personalised EQ customisation through the PeatsAudio app, and a 7-microphone AI noise reduction system for clearer calls.

Standard box that is simple and practical, with the SoundPEATS Cove Pro headset, USB Type-C charging cable, user guide/manual, the SoundPEATS app pamphlet, and a sticker sheet. The overall packaging is straightforward and clean, matching the minimal design of the headphones themselves.
One of the biggest strengths of the Cove Pro headset is the comfort. At just 251g, the headphones remain lightweight while still maintaining a sturdy and durable build quality. The plastic material does not feel cheap at all and instead has a solid, premium-feeling finish that holds up nicely during everyday use.

The comfort levels are really impressive, from the soft cushion padding on the headband, the large padded earcups, the adjustable telescopic arms, and the lightweight fit for long listening sessions. Even after wearing them for hours while commuting or watching movies, they never became uncomfortable or overly heavy. The foldable earcup design is another standout feature, making them easy to carry around or store away without feeling fragile.
Visually, the Cove Pro has a sleek matte black design with a minimalist look. The controls are well positioned on the right side, and the L/R markings inside the earcups are a small but appreciated convenience.

For headphones in this price range, the Cove Pro performs surprisingly well. The 40mm titanium-plated dynamic drivers provide balanced audio with a noticeable bass boost that gives songs extra depth and energy. Bass-heavy tracks feel immersive, although in some songs the bass can slightly overpower vocals.
The inclusion of LDAC support, Hi-Res Audio, Spatial Audio, and the custom EQ through the SoundPEATS app helps elevate the listening experience beyond what you would normally expect from budget earphones. Spatial Audio especially creates a more immersive surround sound-like experience during movies and music playbacks. The SoundPEATS app also gives users a lot of control through EQ customisation, ANC presets, and Dynamic Bass mode.

SoundPEATS rates the Adaptive Hybrid ANC at up to -56dB, with multiple ANC presets available through the app. The ANC is decent for the price but definitely not the standout feature. While there is some reduction in wind and environmental noise outdoors, the difference between ANC On and Off can feel underwhelming in louder environments like buses or crowded streets.
The headphones provide Adaptive ANC with Indoor ANC, Outdoor ANC, Wind Noise Reduction, and Transparency Mode, allowing users to tailor the noise cancellation to different environments. Transparency Mode works particularly well by balancing external audio with your music naturally, rather than making everything sound muffled.

One noticeable issue is sound leakage. Once the volume goes above roughly 40–50%, people nearby can hear what you are listening to, especially in quieter spaces.
The built-in microphone performs much better than expected for a wireless headset at this price point. The headset uses a 7-microphone array with AI call noise reduction to improve voice pickup during calls and meetings. Voices sound clear and understandable during calls and meetings, even in noisy areas. The only downside is that the mic slightly deepens and dampens the user’s voice, but for casual calls, gaming, and work meetings, it performs perfectly fine.

The 60ms Low-Latency Game Mode is another useful addition, helping amplify directional sound effects and improving awareness in games by making footsteps and bullet directions easier to distinguish. Another useful feature is USB-C wired audio support, allowing the headphones to continue functioning even when wireless connectivity is not preferred.
Battery life has to easily be one of the strongest features of the Cove Pro. The 95 hours of playback with ANC off and 58 hours of playback with ANC on. In real-world use, the headphones comfortably live up to those claims. Even after nearly a full week of commuting, work, movies, and general listening, mostly with ANC enabled, the battery still held up extremely well. Fast charging is equally impressive, with 10 minutes of charging equivalent to 11 hours of playback. This makes the Cove Pro extremely convenient for people who are constantly on the move.

Compared to the Soundpeats ANC headphones, the SoundPEATS Cove Pro naturally falls behind purely based on the ANC performance and audio refinements. Premium ANC headphones isolate outside noise much more effectively, especially low-end sounds like bus engines, aeroplanes, and crowds. However, where the Cove Pro becomes impressive is value for money. For around the €60 range, you still get: LDAC support, Hi-Res Audio, Multipoint connection, Spatial Audio, Excellent battery life, Comfortable lightweight design, Gaming mode, and App customization. Most budget ANC headphones compromise heavily on either battery life, comfort, or features, but the Cove Pro manages to balance all surprisingly well. Compared to other SoundPEATS headsets previously released, the Cove Pro feels more refined overall with stronger comfort, improved connectivity features, and better app integration.
Stronger ANC Performance in louder public environments, reduced sound leakage at higher volume levels, slightly clearer vocal balancing during bass-heavy tracks and a longer charging cable included in the box. Aside from those issues, the headphones already offer excellent value for the price point.

The SoundPEATS Cove Pro is an excellent budget wireless headset for casual listeners who want premium-style features without paying premium prices. While the ANC may not compete with flagship headphones, the combination of comfort, battery life, LDAC audio quality, gaming functionality, and multipoint connectivity makes these very easy to recommend.
If your priorities are long battery life, comfortable everyday use, good sound quality, useful modern features and strong value for money, then the Cove Pro delivers exceptionally well. For the price, they punch well above their category and feel like one of the better budget headphone options currently available.
