Summary:
This issue starts off inside of Ramih Khan’s private headquarters; within the crevices of his mind and inside of his dreams. Lopesh is brought back to life, and it seems as if he’s being used as a pawn for Khan to use. In this issue, we see more supernatural elements being introduced into the story, such as the appearance of a bull god that seems to ransom Khan’s soul. Meanwhile, Solomon is still resting at the Jahaz Mahal while the queen repositions her command to use an elephant front to attack the Mughals.

One of the features I admire so far about this series is the gradual escalation of the plot, including showing the plots and plans of each opposing side in this war. The lion that travels with Solomon makes another appearance. Another war campaign breaks out, as it’s revealed that Lopesh is being used to advance the military of the Khans. On the opposite end, Solomon and his gang of adventurers are being led away by the lion, and the issue comes to an end as Solomon and his gang cross paths with Rani, as she is preparing for battle.
Readers who are choosing to stay engaged with this series are in for a treat, as there’s an obvious chain of events that are leading to an end that we have yet to see. Another solid issue; great artwork and story.
Overall: 8/10
