Publisher 4Divinity and developer Eschatology Entertainment today announced that Guns of Eschaton will launch on December 8, 2026 across PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. Revealed in a new trailer at the Galaxies Showcase, the release date marks the official countdown to an unforgiving journey through an apocalyptic American frontier, where survival demands patience, skill, and preparation. Â
Designed for players who enjoy a hard-earned victory, Guns of Eschaton places mastery at the core of its combat system. Stepping into the role of a mysterious gunslinger, players must learn to manage scarce ammunition and time their attacks as they traverse the Weird West.Â
The Hound’s Path leads through a dying world, where every hard-won battle brings the gunslinger closer to home. Travel through ruined settlements and deadly wastelands haunted by occult horrors, fighting for every step forward and finding occasional moments of solace along the way. But even in moments of peace, survival hangs by a thread.Â
Players can expect trials to unfold across a fictional 19th-century America filled with strange factions and occult horrors. With a visual identity shaped by creative visionary Viktor Antonov, Guns of Eschaton draws upon iconic historical figures and mythic archetypes of the Old West, reimagined within an occult, apocalyptic world.
