Cyprus – July 28, 2026 – Publisher 4Divinity and developer Eschatology Entertainment have unveiled the first extended gameplay video for upcoming FPS Soulslike Guns of Eschaton. The footage follows the Gunslinger with No Name and their co-op companion, travelling from the West to East through an apocalyptic America. Â
Armed with a Smith&Wesson revolver dedicated to his deceased friend, a variety of ammunition types, some prayers, and a powerful knowledge base known as the Codex, the Gunslinger battles against an array of enemies in deliberate, high-stakes gunfights before facing off against Widow, an enigmatic alchemist and leader of V.I.T.R.I.O.L. Co., one of the game’s seven factions. Obsessed with her husband’s vision of building a world engine, the Widow leads a pocket-sized dystopia built around the principles of Hermetic alchemy, in which humans are fused with machines to achieve the Magnum Opus, part of which is the creation of a perfect body for herself.
Set in a reimagined nineteenth-century America, Guns of Eschaton welcomes players to a haunting new universe and the final original world from the late Viktor Antonov, the legendary art director behind Half Life 2 and Dishonored. Prepare to face deadly enemies with a vast arsenal of weapons, powerful talismans, and occult powers, as every encounter is a fight for survival.Â
