April 21, 2026 – Casualties: Unknown is an unforgiving cave-exploration survival simulator where survival is never guaranteed, featuring a fully simulated limb and cardiovascular system in which every injury has real consequences. Bandage wounds, manage infections, and stabilize blood loss before losing consciousness. Players are thrown into the depths of a hostile alien planet, tasked by unseen captors with retrieving lost cargo across 11 increasingly dangerous layers.
The Steam demo is now live, dropping players straight into the depth, play 5 of the 11 layers, featuring ALL core mechanics and systems planned for the full launch. Test your limits against its brutal survival systems, where every decision matters and mistakes are rarely forgiven.
