Whirlwind Narrative Perfect Tides: Station to Station Puts Pen to Paper today on PC
Octopus Pie webcomic creator’s game series continues, recently nominated for two IGF awards
PHILADELPHIA – Jan. 22, 2026 – Perfect Tides: Station to Station, the coming-of-age point n’ click narrative adventure sequel to developer Three Bees’ award-winning Perfect Tides, overcomes the obstacles of life as an aspiring writer today on PC and Mac.
Recently nominated for the Grand Prize and Excellence in Narrative at the IGF Awards, Perfect Tides: Station to Station will also come to Nintendo Switch at a soon-to-be-announced date.
Meredith Gran, creator of the hit webcomic Octopus Pie, breathes authentic life and earnest emotion into the next chapter of Perfect Tides. Follow the journey of aspiring writer Mara Whitefish as she begins life as a college freshman. Guide Mara through the challenges of young adulthood, from the departure from her cozy island home to the bustling streets of the big city.
Balance education, relationships, and Mara’s newfound independence as she navigates the fickle complications of late adolescence. Engage in in-depth discussions to forge new friendships and romantic partners, meet a cast of passionate characters, and absorb 60 lively environments by way of the city’s mass transit system.
Collect an inventory of discoverable names and subjects to enrich Mara’s experiences and understanding of broad topics. Help her develop a signature writing style on her quest to become a well-respected writer, or choose to leave those aspirations behind and decide what type of person Mara ultimately becomes.

Three Bees is an independent game development studio founded by cartoonist and animator Meredith Gran. From 2007-2017, Meredith wrote and illustrated the webcomic popular Octopus Pie, amassing more than 100,000 readers over its 10-year run.
In 2022 Three Bees released its first title, Perfect Tides, a conduit for explorations of time, love and sexuality, creative drive, and the buried past. Its next title, Perfect Tides: Station to Station, is currently in development. It further meditates on the early years of adulthood, of moments both scarring and sublime.
