An Orwellian Interrogation Begins in 2026
March 24, 2026. The Witches Circle studio is excited to announce DOPROS. This narrative-driven Orwell-inspired interrogation experience puts you in a high-stakes conversation with the Interrogator, who is just waiting for you to make the wrong move. You can try to wiggle, or you can confess your wrongdoings — either way, your fate is not in your hands anymore…or is it?

DOPROS is a story-rich game with a branching plot and different ways to get out somewhat clean.
Make your own protagonist as your answers will shape them as a person with their own views and attitude.
Act differently to find the right approach, or fail and face the consequences of your choices in a variety of different outcomes.
Use one of the randomly picked persuasion techniques (mini-games!) to deceive the Interrogator or to counteract their pressure.
About The Witches Circle
The Witches Circle is an independent game studio founded and run by passionate techno-witches. DOPROS is our debut project that pulls off an unprecedented narrative twist, putting the player not into the detective’s or officer’s skin, but on the other side of the interrogation table.
We are announcing DOPROS on March 24 as a tribute to the International Day for the Right to the Truth. We hope that our game will help to lift the veil from the injustice and cruelty that the interrogation experience sometimes carries.
