Targu-Mures, Transylvania, Romania, January 9 – Indie developer Stuck In Attic is excited to announce their new game, Hocus Focus – a cozy gamified focus tool to help you work, study, or relax to soothing tunes.
Taking inspiration from games like Spirit City Lofi and Virtual Cottage, Hocus Focus will allow players to gamify their focus with built-in tools and gentle progression – no stress, just enchanted vibes and original ambient tracks to keep you company.
You play as a student in a magical university located in Transylvania. Your dorm is your customizable hub – unlock new room decorations and skins for your Shadow Fox companions, manage your time with pomodoro timers, task lists and a weekly planner, all while listening to 7+ hours of original music written for the game.
And if you feel like stretching your legs, there’s adventure mode: level up by gaining experience and unlock new locations in which to study or just chill and take in the scenery. Oh, and keep an eye out for Mitzkins – flying cat-like creatures which you can tame and keep as your desktop companion.
Hocus Focus is entirely hand-painted and animated, with no generative AI used for either graphics, music or anything else
