Secret Acres is thrilled to announce the release of The Understanding Monster – Book One, Theo Ellsworth’s follow-up to his epic Capacity, one of the most highly acclaimed and best loved comics of recent years. The Understanding Monster – Book One is the first chapter of a trilogy of books that will complete a hero’s journey, inventive and beautiful enough to test the limits of even Ellsworth’s imagination and talent. The adventure begins September 15th at the 2012 Small Press Expo in Bethesda, Maryland, following a signing and celebration on September 13th at Bergen Street Comics in Brooklyn, New York, and preceding the release of The Understanding Monster – Book One to stores everywhere in October.
