blueestate11 REVIEW: Blue Estate #11

I’m almost pleased that Blue Estate is ending as I can now stop trying to come up with new synonyms for “Awesome”.

Issue #11 is perhaps the most action-heavy issue to date and what intense and thrilling action it is. Yet with all the gunplay, explosions and destruction there’s still plenty of story happening at the same time. Alliances form and disintegrate, secrets are revealed and there’s even time for a moment of tenderness amidst the chaos.

EZDs roster of artists continue to impress, with every panel a masterpiece of storytelling.

There’s really not a lot more to say without getting into spoilers so I’ll just say this: be it in trades or individual issues, if you haven’t gotten into Blue Estate yet, you’re making a mistake.

10/10 (what else?)
