Zombie Outlaw #1 Review
Written by Brian J. Apodaca

Art by B. Paul Jordan
As this is the first issue of this series, we get a brief insight into what Brian J. Apodaca and B. Paul Jordan have in store for readers.
Matt is a college sophomore at Irvine State University, his adventure begins when he turns to his resident advisor Will in order to impress a certain female. Will agrees to help Matt but only if Matt helps him.
Matt is looking for something in Irvine State University library something related to the Zombie Outlaw. As he thinks if he finds what he is looking for, it will land him a internship.
The comic looks very vibrant filled with bright colours. The characters have a very cartoony style to them. Some of the backgrounds are a little bare, I think if they added a bit more to the backgrounds the comic would look a little less flat in some places. I hope in the future issues they can make the main characters of Matt and Will a bit more distinctive, as they look a bit to similar.
The comic is action based, filled with humour and the dialogue is kept snappy. The ending is very interesting and looks to set the scene for the rest of the coming issues. I would say this issue serves as a teaser to what Brian J. Apodaca and B. Paul Jordan Would like to in the future issues of Zombie Outlaw.
7/10
